About MNSA’s History
The Michigan Nursing Students Association (MNSA) has a rich history of serving nursing students in Michigan. Originally organized as a non-profit association on August 15, 1951, it became a domestic non-profit corporation on November 19, 1987.
Since then, we have been committed to providing our members with valuable resources and opportunities to help them succeed in their nursing education and future careers.

MNSA is a proud constituent of the National Student Nurses Association (NSNA), representing nursing students throughout the state of Michigan.
With an average of 1,700-2,200 members throughout the year, we are dedicated to supporting and representing the voices of nursing students in our state.
